For existing lines: assess the current condition to identify any issues with the poles and wires, check for sagging, survey the safety clearance zone of the power grid, determine the height of nearby buildings, trees, and vegetation in proximity to the wires, and identify any objects obstructing the route.
Utilize thermal cameras to survey abnormal hotspots along the wires.
